The simplicity of a strip is a manufacturing outcome. Three connected stages take a liquid film base to a single sealed sleeve.

    Blended

    The featured ingredient is blended into a water-soluble film base with a solubiliser, humectant, sweetener, and natural flavour, until the batch is uniform.

    Cast and Cut

    The blend is cast into a continuous sheet of even thickness and dried, then cut into single strips — so the amount per strip is set in manufacturing, not by hand.

  3. III

    Individually Sealed

    Each strip is sealed in its own sleeve, protected from moisture until you open it. Opening one leaves the rest of the box untouched.

What is actually in the strip

The base is a water-soluble film former — most commonly pullulan, a naturally derived polysaccharide used widely in edible films. Around it sit a small number of functional ingredients: beta-cyclodextrin, vegetable glycerin to keep the film flexible, a sweetener such as stevia, natural flavour, and a food-grade colour.
