By visiting this website, requesting or holding a membership, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise interacting with The Dosed Collective, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them together with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or place an order. Where you are acting on behalf of a company, laboratory, institution, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.

Membership and purchasing are limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. By using this website you represent and warrant that:

• You are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• The information you provide to us, including your name, contact details, and shipping address, is truthful, current, and complete.
• You will use each product only in the manner permitted for its category, as described in these Terms.
• You are not located in, and will not direct products into, any jurisdiction where their sale, receipt, or possession is restricted or unlawful.
• You are not purchasing on behalf of any person who would be ineligible under these Terms.

We may decline access, refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or close an account at our discretion, including where eligibility cannot reasonably be confirmed.

The Dosed Collective operates as a members-only catalog. Product listings, pricing, and ordering tools are visible only after you register and sign in. Registration may be subject to review and approval before purchasing is enabled.

• Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used by anyone else.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for every action taken through your account.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been lost, stolen, or used without your permission.
• You may not create an account using false information, another person's identity, or an automated process.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, resale in violation of these Terms, or any breach of this agreement.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. Closure does not affect orders already placed or obligations already incurred.

Our catalog is organized into categories that are regulated and labeled differently. The category assigned to a product on its listing and packaging controls how that product may be purchased and used, and it prevails over any general statement elsewhere on this website.

• Oral Dissolving Strips — marketed as dietary supplements where applicable, subject to Section 05.
• Nasal items designated Research Use Only on their individual listing and label — subject to Section 06.
• Anti-Aging Serums designated Research Use Only on their individual listing and label — subject to Section 06.

A Research Use Only designation is a labeling and supply restriction we apply to a specific product. It is not a statement that the product is legally compliant, approved, cleared, or lawfully classified for any purpose, and a product is not lawfully classified as Research Use Only merely because it carries that label. Legal classification depends on the product itself, its composition, its intended use, and applicable law — not on the wording of a label.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell any product into a jurisdiction, or for any use, in which it is not permitted. We do not authorize any use of a product outside the terms of its own category, and we may update a product's category or availability at any time.

Oral Dissolving Strips are marketed as dietary supplements where applicable. They are intended to be used only as described on their labeling, by adults, and consistent with the serving information provided on the product packaging.

• Read the full product label, ingredient list, and any allergen information before use, and keep the packaging for reference.
• Do not exceed the serving described on the label, and do not use a product that appears damaged, opened, or past any listed date.
• Consult a licensed healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under the care of a physician, taking any medication, or have a known medical condition.
• Keep all products out of reach of children.
• Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

You are responsible for confirming that a dietary supplement is appropriate for you. The Dosed Collective is not a pharmacy, clinic, or medical practice, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice of any kind.

Certain products — including nasal items and serums that carry the designation on their own listing and label — are designated Research Use Only. They are supplied solely for lawful laboratory research and development. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, devices, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This designation applies product by product; we make no blanket representation that every product in a category is a valid Research Use Only product.

A Research Use Only label does not authorize human use, and the presence of the label does not by itself determine a product's legal or regulatory classification. Depending on composition, marketing, and intended use, a product bearing an RUO label may still be regulated as something else under applicable law. Nothing here is a representation that any product is compliant with, exempt from, approved under, or lawfully classified by any regulatory framework.

By purchasing a Research Use Only product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The product will be used only in a controlled laboratory or research setting by a qualified person.
• The product will not be ingested, inhaled, injected, applied to the body, or administered to any human or animal.
• The product will not be resold, relabeled, repackaged, redistributed, or supplied to any person for human or veterinary use.
• You have the training, facilities, and equipment required to receive, handle, store, and dispose of research materials safely.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, local, and institutional laws, rules, and guidelines that apply to your acquisition and use of the product.
• You accept all risk and liability arising from your handling, use, or misuse of the product.

Any misrepresentation of your intended use is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate cancellation of pending orders and termination of your account.

An order you submit is an offer to purchase. It becomes binding only when we accept and confirm it. An order acknowledgment or email confirming receipt is not, by itself, acceptance of your order.

• Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change at any time. The price in effect when we accept your order governs that order.
• You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, excise, import, and similar taxes, duties, and fees.
• Payment is due in full when the order is placed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize the total charge, including shipping and taxes.
• Wholesale listings may carry minimum order quantities, which are displayed at the time of ordering.
• If a price, image, availability, or description is stated in error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust any affected order, refunding amounts charged for the cancelled portion.
• Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for loss or damage occurring after that point.

• You must provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• You are responsible for confirming that your order may lawfully be received in your jurisdiction, and for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
• Inspect every shipment on arrival. Shortages, incorrect items, or visible damage must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.
• Some products require particular storage conditions on receipt. Handling and storage after delivery are your responsibility.

Because product integrity, chain of custody, and storage conditions cannot be verified once a shipment leaves our control, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds except as expressly set out below.

• If we confirm that an order shipped incorrectly, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit, at our discretion.
• If a shipment arrives damaged, submit a claim within five (5) days of delivery. We may ask for photographs and for the original packaging to be retained.
• Products that have been opened, used, altered, relabeled, or stored outside their stated conditions are not eligible for any remedy.
• Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

These remedies are your exclusive remedies for a non-conforming shipment and are limited by the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections below.

The Dosed Collective does not currently offer subscriptions, auto-ship programs, or recurring billing of any kind. Every order is a single, one-time purchase, and no payment method is stored or charged on a recurring basis in connection with your orders.

If we introduce a subscription option in the future, its enrollment terms, billing interval, pricing, cancellation method, and any notice requirements will be disclosed clearly at the point of sign-up and will require your separate, express consent before any recurring charge is made. Until then, no provision of these Terms creates a recurring payment obligation.

All content on this website — including text, product names, brand marks, logos, packaging design, photography, illustrations, icons, layout, technical documentation, and software — is owned by The Dosed Collective or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

• You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this website for its intended purpose as a member.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, frame, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
• The Dosed Collective name, logo, and related marks may not be used in any advertising, listing, domain name, or social media presence without prior written consent.
• Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

You agree to use this website lawfully and in good faith. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

• Misstate your age, identity, credentials, or intended use of any product.
• Resell, relabel, or redistribute any product in a manner inconsistent with its category and labeling.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, administrative tools, or systems that are not yours.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of this website, or interfere with its operation or availability.
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access member-only content, pricing, or inventory data.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or use the site to send unsolicited or deceptive communications.
• Make any claim, in any medium, that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease.

We monitor for misuse and may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, restrict or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

Product descriptions, ingredient listings, technical specifications, educational material, and any referenced literature are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or professional advice, and they are not instructions for use in or on the human body.

• We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not warrant that any description, specification, image, or reference is complete, current, or error-free.

We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that any result will be obtained from the use of any product. No advice or information, whether oral or written, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dosed Collective and its owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to this website or any product, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, in which case these limitations apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Dosed Collective and its owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of this website or of any product purchased through it.
• Any use of a Research Use Only product in or on the human body, or any administration of such a product to any person or animal.
• Any resale, relabeling, or redistribution of a product in violation of these Terms.
• Your breach of these Terms, of any applicable law or regulation, or of any third-party right.
• Any misrepresentation you make, including as to eligibility, credentials, or intended use.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, this website, or any product, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any such dispute. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted to this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will be changed accordingly. Your continued use of this website after Terms are posted means you accept them.

Where a change is material, we may ask you to acknowledge the updated Terms at your next sign-in before you continue. Orders already accepted are governed by the Terms in effect when they were accepted. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
