Shipping Policy

All orders require 2–3 business days of processing (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment clears. Shipping time is added on top of processing.

Domestic shipping

We ship within the United States via tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Total delivery time is 2–3 business days processing + shipping for the method you select.

Shipping rates

• 2-Day — $5.99 (two business days after dispatch). Free on orders over $300.
• Overnight — $29.99 (next business day after dispatch, never discounted).

Orders of $300 or more qualify for free 2-Day shipping — a great reason to stock up. Shipping is calculated and confirmed at checkout based on your selected method and destination.

Payment methods

We currently accept bank payment (eCheck / ACH). Card payments are coming soon.

Temperature-sensitive items

Certain formulations are shipped with insulation. Please refrigerate or store per the directions on the packaging immediately upon arrival.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships and is also available in your account under order details.

Address accuracy

The Dosed Collective is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Contact concierge@dosed.com promptly if you need to correct an address.

International

International shipping is not available at this time.
